Studio progress

Just a couple of pics to show you the progress of my brand new, gorgeous studio space, tho it looks pretty ordinary at the moment! Top to bottom:
Shell of building with slab of concrete laid. It'll be polished when its finished and will look very contemporary. The guys worked all day to get the right finish on the concrete. The first job was to rip out existing interior so we can start from scratch...its all happening!

Inner shell and plasterboard being done at the moment....I"M SOOOOOO EXCITED!!

Fathers,Sons and Fathers

What a week its been! Have had great publicity with the exhibition at M16 Artspace. Had a segment on ABC TV Stateline show last Friday night, was interviewed aboput the project by Radio 666 Canberra, and the City News did a wee article too! Have still to get the opening night piccies posted, but hopefully won't be too long!

It closes on Sunday so hope you can get along.

Fathers, Sons & Fathers- a Photographic Essay

Well, opening night for the exhibition was last night and it was a great success with about 200 people turning up to see my exhibition and Dan O'Day's There you Aren't.

It was the culmination of almost 2 years work and I feel very proud of it. Check it out at M16 Artspace, 16 Mildura st Fyshwick.

Pictures from the opening coming soon!
